    Rewards Points

    How can I earn the Rewards Points?

    You can earn Rewards Points when making payments using Bybit Pay and Bybit Card. For Bybit Pay, please note that only payments made to a merchant or purchases on the Bybit Partner Website are eligible to earn the Rewards Points. 

     

     

    How is spending calculated?

    Your total monthly spend across Bybit Card and Pay is aggregated to determine your tier and cashback. 

     

     

    After making a transaction using my Bybit Bybit Pay, when can I expect to receive my Rewards Points?

    Under normal circumstances and if the account is in good standing order, you can typically expect to receive your Rewards Points within 3 calendar days.

     

     

     

    What Bybit Card transactions are not entitled to the Rewards Point?

    The following are not eligible for Rewards Points on the Bybit Card:

    1. Fees: Any fees or charges, including but not limited to annual card fees, service fees, administrative fees, as well as other miscellaneous fees and charges.

    2. Refund Considerations: Any amount charged to your Bybit Card that is subsequently canceled, voided, refunded, or reversed.

    3. ATM Withdrawal: Any ATM withdrawal request made with Bybit Card.

    4. Prepaid Cards and Specific Merchant Categories: Top-ups or funds payment to prepaid cards or accounts, including transactions classified under the following Merchant Category Codes:

    • Financial Institutions – Merchandise, Services, and Debt Repayment (6012)

    • Non-Financial Institutions – Stored Value Card Purchase/Load (6540)

    • Specific accounts as specified by us from time to time. m. Transactions are classified under one or more of the following Merchant Category Codes:

      • Non-Financial Institutions – Foreign Currency, Non-Fiat Currency, Money Orders, Account Funding, Travelers Cheques, and Debt Repayment (6051)

      • Money Transfer (4829)

    • Personal transfers to individual accounts via e-wallets such as Alipay, WeChat, etc.  (7299)

    • Any other charges, fees, transactions, or payments stipulated by us from time to time.

     

    Bybit reserves the right to withhold rewards for transactions deemed ineligible or abusive.

     

     

     

    Is there a difference in points accumulation between spending on a virtual card and a physical card?

    There is no difference. You will accumulate the same number of points irrespective of the payment method chosen.

     

     

     

    What are the trading/social media packs, and how do the rebates work?

    Trading/Social Media packs offer a set of predetermined benefits to our users when they subscribe to services provided by our partners.

    Is there an expiration for my Rewards Points?

    No. There is no expiration date for Rewards Points.

    Why did my redemption on Rewards Market fail?

    There are a few possible reasons that cause redemption failure. Please refer to the details below:

    1. ​​Insufficient points: You may not have enough points to redeem the item you selected. You can earn points by spending with your Bybit Card. Below are the points earned for spending in different currencies.

    1. Redemption limit: There may be a limit to the number of times you can redeem a particular reward. You may see “We’ve run out of stock!” on the product you selected. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact date on when the product will be back in stock. 

    2. Technical issue: There may be a technical issue preventing you from making the redemption. Please check your points balance, and redemption limit, and contact our support team by submitting a case here with your order ID, if you continue to experience issues when making redemptions.

     

     

     

    Can I still redeem items with my Rewards Point if I have terminated my Bybit Card(s)?

    Yes, your Rewards Point will still be available for redemption on Rewards Market provided there is no violation of the terms and conditions.

     

     

     

    Where do I find my redemption and order status records?

    How can I get a multiplier Rewards Points?

    Auto Cashback

    Who is eligible for Auto Cashback?

    Every Bybit Card holder who enables the auto cashback button is eligible to use the cashback function regardless if you are using a virtual card lite, virtual card or physical card. 

     

     

     

    Is there any minimum requirement for auto cashback from Bybit Card?

    Yes, there is a minimum of 50 points required to convert using the auto cashback.

     

     

     

    What is the conversion rate on auto cashback?

    The base conversion rate is 0.002 per point with a minimum number of 50 points. If there are other currencies related to the event, please check the event page/dashboard.

     

     

     

    Is there any maximum limit for auto cashback from Bybit Card?

    Yes, there is a maximum limit for auto cashback from Bybit Card for every tier. You can refer to this article to understand the monthly maximum cashback in USDT value. 

     

     

     

    Is there any maximum points limit for the rewards program?

    Yes. The points earned from Bybit Card and Bybit Pay are accumulated and each tier has its points cap.

    Monthly Point Limit: 25,000 points

    Points Earned from Bybit Pay: 15,000

    Points Earned from Bybit Card: 10,000

    User Tier: Tier 5 (Omega)

    Monthly Point Limit: 200,000 points

    Points Earned from Bybit Pay: 100,000

    Points Earned from Bybit Card: 100,000

    After reaching the monthly point limit, no further points can be earned within the calendar month until the tier is upgraded, which will increase the point limit. The upgrade takes effect on the next calendar day, and the new cashback rate will apply once a new transaction is made.

     

     

     

    How long does it take to encash from point?

    Reward Points will be automatically redeemed into your selected coin every 00:00 - 01:00 UTC if users have enabled the auto cashback button.

     

     

     

    Where can I check my cashback record?

    You can go to Points Record to find the cashback record.

     

     

     

    Where does my cashback get credited?

    The cashback will be credited to your Funding account.

     

     

     

    What is the process for receiving cashback on Bybit Card, and how are conversion rates handled?

    Cashback is processed daily with conversion rates set at redemption. If a token is changed or removed during transaction confirmation, cashback will be given in USDT by default.

     

     

     

     

     

    Differences between Bybit Card and Bybit Pay Rewards

    When do tier upgrades happen?

    The table below explains the tier upgrade timing for Bybit Card and Bybit Pay:

    The upgrade is effective the day after settlement.

    How is cashback distributed and redeemed by users?

    Cashback is distributed as Points, which can be redeemed manually or automatically for fiat rewards. 

    • To redeem the points manually, you may go to the Reward Market to view the available for redemption. 

    • To receive the cashback automatically, you may turn on the Auto Cashback. For more information, please refer to this article

     

     

     

    How do I differentiate whether the Rewards Points are received from Bybit Card or Bybit Pay spending?

    If you make transactions using Bybit Card, you will receive the Rewards Points from the Bybit Card spend. If you make transactions using Bybit Pay, you will receive the Rewards Points from the Bybit Pay spend. 

     

    Spending across both payment methods is combined and calculated as one, contributing to the total spending calculation. The Rewards Points indicate the total points you earned from both Bybit Card and Bybit Pay spending. You may check the Points Records here.
